Our Inglewhite goats cheese is beautifully white, fresh and clean with a sweet and nutty taste and a light, semi-firm texture. Wonderful served with dates and a dessert wine as you might with a Manchego. Hand made in Inglewhite in Lancashire by the Butler family using 100% British goat's milk from the families own herd of cheeky goats. The milk has to only make a short 500 metre journey to the dairy and is made into cheese within hours of milking to produce a superb fresh flavoured, clean tasting cheese
