Ravens Oak goat's cheese is ripened for around three weeks to develop a white mould with a silky texture, becoming softer and creamier as it matures.
Ravens Oak won Best Soft Cheese at the 2012 World Cheese Awards and the Gold Award for the Best White Mould Cheese at the Virtual Cheese Award 2021.
