26-year-old Katie and 28-year-old George live on Parkers Farm with their 2-year-old son, Henry. They were the youngest tenant farmers ever when they started out at the age of 20. They work tirelessly, 7-days a week, with just one week off per year, but they love it. Katie and George have jersey cows on their farm which give a higher fat milk, making our cheese extra creamy!
Daniel, son of Gill Hall (Owner of Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses), is the fourth generation cheesemaker at the Butlers dairy and makes the milk from Parkers farm into our delicious cheese. Daniel was also a young entry into the agricultural world, starting at 23-years-old.
