We have spent years developing some truly special Lancashire blue cheeses in our farmhouse dairy. Without doubt Blacksticks is the most famous of our blues, but all of the cheeses in the range really are quite special.

Whether it's a bright and creamy Blacksticks, a silky-smooth Beacon Blue, or a deliciously mellow Stratford Blue; all our blues have subtle developing notes, a beautiful texture and our trademark blue cheese bite.
