Here is the place where many websites would copy and paste pages and pages and pages of legal documentation, giving them lots of opportunity to play the blame game if push comes to shove. Well that’s not us. Our game is simple, if you can call it that.
We aim to provide you with the very best products, delivered straight to your door in such a condition that you would be happy to snap a picture on your phone and send it to your friends, to show them what you have just received from the Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses.
Having said that it is always good to have a few things written down so that everyone knows where they stand, that way things are fair.
In short
You, the customer, are purchasing product from the Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses Cheese Store (company number: 7777548) registered at Wilson Fields Farm, Inglewhite, Preston, PR3 2LH . You expect to be able to pay in a secure manner and for the product you receive to arrive in a good condition and to be that which you ordered. We, Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses, expect you to have read our delivery instructions and therefore have provided us with an accurate delivery address, contact phone number, email address and most importantly (especially with cheese) have ordered the product to an address where someone will be in to sign for the delivery & place it in the fridge (if appropriate).
That’s it really, if we both follow these simple rules, we will have a very harmonious relationship.
For those who would like to read the nitty gritty (summarised above); here goes.
