Our classic and traditional Lancashire cheeses, along with our other hard cheeses, are all made on Wilson Fields Farm in rural Lancashire. Our dairy is situated between two of the wettest cities in the UK, all that rain means lush grass, and lush grass equals rich milk for the cheese.
