Each letterbox is sent as an individual item and so have a delivery charge per item rather than per address.

Yes, our parcels have cool packs in and are sent next day delivery so the cheese is fine.

We understand that it can be frustrating when you're expecting a delivery and it hasn't yet arrived.

All our orders are dispatched (leave us) on the date you select at the time of ordering.

Please allow the following for delivery:

Royal Mail (letterbox gifts): 1 - 3 working days after dispatch

APC (all other products/orders): 1-2 working days after dispatch

From time to time, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays to the delivery time frames above.
