MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
The Maintenance engineering team is responsible for performing planned and
unplanned maintenance of a wide variety of equipment, machinery and site
services. In this role you would be responsible for providing engineering
support on planned and unplanned repairs, modifications, and upgrades of
existing assets. ensuring the continuous and smooth running of the equipment
and machinery.
Applicant should be experienced and competent in various engineering disciplines
including electrical and mechanical engineering, basic fabrication, reading
engineering drawings.

PRODUCTION SENIOR OPERATIVES/MACHINE OPERATORS
We are currently looking for experienced, passionate and driven people to join us in the making, cutting and packaging of our speciality cheeses. No two days are exactly the same!

Labelling Technical Supervisor

to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a newly
created role, based in a brand-new facility where new systems are currently
being implemented, within a leading company in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
You will be integral to maintaining high
standards of quality assurance within our organisation.
Responsible for preparing and completing
the labelling production records, emphasising a right-first-time
operation.
Responsible for ensuring that all startup
and shutdown and hygiene records are completed accurately.
Responsible for setting up weighing
equipment and metal detectors for each run.
Ensure that the product is being produced
safely and to specifications as per customer and legislation.
Ensure the packing area is clean and
hygienic, and maintains the standard at all times, in accordance with food
legislation.
Ensure that all staff, contractors and
visitors comply with the company’s hygiene standards.
Encourage good communication throughout
the production area, with a positive attitude and work ethic.
Regular Tasks:
Setting up and completing digital
labelling production records
Completing startup and shutdown, and
hygiene records
Setting and running metal detector and
checkweigher equipment
Ensuring the number of products packed on
system, matches the physical number of cases despatched.

right-first-time operation.
Ensure weighing equipment and metal detectors are properly set up for
each run.
Ensure that the product is being produced safely and to specifications
as per customer and legislation.
Ensure the packing area is clean and hygienic, and maintains the
standard at all times, in accordance with food legislation.
Ensure that all staff, contractors and visitors comply with the

Key Responsibilities
Systems Implementation: You will lead the streamlining of the new warehouse ERP system, to increase meaningful work.
Process implementation: You will take on a leadership role, driving the implementation of new physical processes in a state-of-the-art facility.
Transport Planning: Responsible for coordinating daily transport activities (inbound and outbound) in collaboration with the team.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all warehouse outbound and goods-in documentation is accurate and meets compliance standards.
Stock Accuracy: You will be responsible for the accurate issuing of packaging stock. Working closely with the Stock Controller, you will maintain precise inventory records and resolve any discrepancies.
Team Collaboration: Lead the warehouse team, setting the standard for operational excellence and teamwork.
