We’re so excited to share that we’ve been busy in the dairy over the last three months, maturing a very special, limited edition Sage Lancashire Cheese to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
We last made a delicate, Sage Lancashire over 40 years ago in 1981, when we gifted it to the Queen and received a letter in thanks from Buckingham Palace.
We just had to choose Sage Lancashire to mark the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee for 70 years of service and we are going to, once again, gift it to Her Majesty the Queen – after all, we know she loves it!
Our very own Matthew Hall says, “Our farmhouse Lancashire cheeses are an undiscovered gem for lots of people around the country.
