Brussel Sprouts
-
Olive Oil
-
Salt
-
Pepper
-
Chilli Flakes (optional)
Method
-
Pre-heat your oven to 200ºC

Grate the Blacksticks Blue over a tray. Be as liberal as you please here, but make sure you leave some for after dinner if it’s the only Blacksticks you have!
-
Half your brussel sprouts and add them to the cheesy tray, spreading them around evenly.
-
Add salt, pepper and drizzle olive oil over them. Add chilli flakes if you want a warm kick - this stage is optional.
-
Place your tray in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and the sprouts have a good roasted colour to them.
-
Remove from the oven and leave to stand for a couple of minutes before serving and enjoying.
