As a family, we eat, sleep and breathe cheese - it's our passion, and we like to think that we are pretty good at making it too. We make quality, award-winning hard, blue and soft cheeses in our dairy, from Lancashire recipes that have been in our family for generations, to continental-style soft cheeses inspired by those found in France.
