Our Award-winning Parlick Sheep's Brie is named after the Parlick Fell, just 5 miles away from our family farmhouse dairy in Lancashire. Parlick Sheep's Brie is the perfect ewe's milk alternative to Cow's milk brie. A slightly soft but firm cheese; when eating Parlick, you'll get a rich, creamy, slightly nutty flavour.
Ravens Oak is a creamy white soft goat's cheese that's handmade traditionally and poured into small moulds. This goat's cheese has a subtle nutty flavour reminiscent of almonds, which develop as the cheese naturally matures within its delicate white rind.
Button Mill is a bright, unbelievably soft little cheese that has a truly unique rind and delicate flavours that make it dangerously moreish.
To release all the flavours, don't forget to leave your cheese out of the fridge (and ideally, its packaging) at least 1 hour before you want to tuck it on your cheeseboard.
If you'd like to try them on their own why not try the below pairings for a truly show-stopping experience each time:
Parlick Brie: Cured meats, crisp apple or pear. Topping for a gourmet pizza.
Ravens Oak: Bake and top with caramelised red onion chutney. Serve with freshly cooked bread.

All of our cheeses are handmade in our Farmhouse Dairy in rural Lancashire. The surrounding fields are grazed by the cows who provide our milk, many of whom are looked after by extended family. Goats from another family farm just down the road, also provide us with fresh milk. We believe Lancashire and our surrounding area in particular make such a big difference to the quality of our cheese, alongside, of course the skill and experience of our wonderful team of cheesemakers.

Letterbox products have a shipping price of £4.00 per item.
Letterbox products are designed to fit through a regular letterbox. We post the products in accordance with APC timings based around the day you would like it dispatched, with 24 hour delivery.
Please note that one order will be delivered to one address. If you require delivery to two addresses then please place two orders.
We want your letterbox cheese gift to arrive in great condition, so to keep your gift as cool as possible on it's journey, we include an ice pack in your box.
