Ravens Oak is a creamy white soft goats cheese with a subtle nutty flavour reminiscent of almonds, which develop as the cheese naturally matures within its delicate white rind.
Raven's Oak goats cheese is handmade traditionally and poured into small moulds at Wilson Fields Farm from the freshest goats milk from Nicola Butler’s herd on our family farm in rural Lancashire, UK.

A mould-ripened smooth and soft goats cheese made at Ravens Oak Dairy in Cheshire. The cheese is ripened for around three weeks to develop a white mould with a silky texture, becoming softer and creamier as it matures. Ravens Oak picked up a trophy for being the best soft cheese at the 2012 World Cheese awards.

It’s perfect on a cheese board, along with great wine and great company. If you want to go to town, try baking a whole Ravens Oak as you would a Camembert and serving with caramelised red onions and loads of freshly baked crusty bread.
