Yes! The rind on our Ravens Oak, Kidderton Ash and Beacon Blue is completely edible and actually provides texture and added deliciousness.

All of our cheese are great on their own or enjoyed classically with crackers and maybe a little tipple, but why not try the below pairings for a truly show-stopping experience. 

Beacon Blue : English fruits such as apples or pears. Sliced on top of olive bread, crumbled into a salad with chicory + walnuts.

Inglewhite Goats Cheese: A great everyday cheese alternative - sandwiches, toasted, cheeseboards, or added to daily dishes.

Kidderton Ash : Red onion chutney. Perfect with sourdough sandwiches.

Letterbox products are designed to fit through a regular letterbox and are delivered by the postman. We post the products in accordance with Royal Mail timings based around the day you would like it delivered.

All of our cheeses are handmade in our Farmhouse Dairy in rural Lancashire. The surrounding fields are grazed by the cows who provide our milk, many of whom are looked after by extended family. Goats from another family farm just down the road, also provide us with fresh milk. We believe Lancashire and our surrounding area in particular make such a big difference to the quality of our cheese, alongside, of course the skill and experience of our wonderful team of cheesemakers.

Letterbox products have a shipping price of £4.00 per item.

Letterbox products are designed to fit through a regular letterbox. We post the products in accordance with APC timings based around the day you would like it dispatched, with 24 hour delivery.

We want your letterbox cheese gift to arrive in great condition, so to keep your gift as cool as possible on it's journey, we include an ice pack in your box.
