Simply sublime !
"Absolutely love this cheese. And have now tried the Parlick Reserve, which (unbelievably) is even more gorgeous !!! Nutty, rich taste. Lovely texture. I'm afraid it doesn't last long !"
Our Parlick Sheep's Cheese is named after the Parlick Fell, just 5 miles away from our family farmhouse dairy in Lancashire. Parlick is the perfect ewe's milk alternative to Cow's milk Cheddar.
A slightly soft but firm cheese; when eating Parlick, you'll get a rich, creamy, slightly nutty flavour.
Naturally nutritious and high in protein, sheep’s milk contains all 10 essential amino acids, making it a complete protein source. Thanks to its whey protein content, many people find sheep's milk easier to digest than cow's or goat's milk cheeses.
To release all its flavours, don't forget to leave it out of the fridge (and ideally, its packaging) at least 1 hour before you want to tuck it on your cheeseboard.

"Absolutely love this cheese. And have now tried the Parlick Reserve, which (unbelievably) is even more gorgeous !!! Nutty, rich taste. Lovely texture. I'm afraid it doesn't last long !"
"I love your cheese and as dairy intolerant it's worderful to have a tasty cheese I can enjoy. I usually purchase from the supermarket and the use-by date is longer than on both occassions purchased directly from you. With the higher cost and added cost of p&p it's essential to purchase 3 or 4 packs but they are out of date before I can get through them. Although I would rather support you directly it becomes impractable to do so."
"Have loved this Sheeps cheese for past few years as I have intolerance to cows cheese. However it seems the recipes has changed and is no longer a mild cheese"
"A very tasty and smooth cheese. One to try"
"This is the best cheese for EVERYTHING! It melts on toast or pizza like a cheddar would, but the taste is so much better. Great in a cheese sauce, or cheese scone (especially with wild garlic, yummy) or just in a straight forward cheese sandwich. Thank you for making my world cheesy!"
"So delicious we couldn't leave it alone and polished it off almost at one sitting."
"Excellent Sheep’s Cheese arrived on time."
"This cheese is brilliant, especially for people who need to avoid cows milk."
"Love this sheep’s cheese."
"I now but from the source (rather than elsewhere!) and it never disappoints"
