A traditional Lancashire hard cheese made from a 50 year old family recipe. Crafted in exactly the same way today as it was back then. It is a true taste of Lancashire's heritage.
Blacksticks Blue
A gold award-winning blue cheese, Blacksticks Blue is the original contemporary farmhouse blue cheese, often described as the daddy of all blue cheese, renowned for its creamy texture with just enough blue bite to tingle the taste buds.
Button Mill
Nurtured individually by our master cheesemakers, Button Mill is as delicate in its taste as the care we put in. It's creamy, distinct flavour and soft texture makes this soft cheese hard to put down.
