Here at Butlers Farmhouse Cheeses we make around 1500 tonnes of cow's, sheep and goat's cheeses a year, using milk from 10 local farms – including our own.

Our range of Hard, Blue and Soft Farmhouse Cheeses are made in our farmhouse dairy in rural Lancashire, by our team of amazingly talented cheesemakers.
