Our rich Lancashire milk imparts a natural golden colour to this soft, smooth baby British Brie nestling under a pale velvety rind. The cheese are hand made in individual moulds and kept in carefully controlled conditions in our Ravens Oak dairy to develop their fluffy coats before being hand-wrapped ready for sale. Firm when young, becoming softer and more flavoursome as they mature but without becoming overpowering this is a really lovely, delicate British Brie.
