Button Mill is a bright, unbelievably soft little cheese that has a truly unique rind and delicate flavours that make it dangerously moreish.

Button Mill cheese starts life in tiny artisan basins, which produce small batches at a time. We treat each cheese as an individual, right from the beginning, when it is placed into its own mould.

Thereafter, it is reliant on the skill of our master cheesemakers to parent the cheese through its short ripening and maturation period to create its distinct flavour.

All of our cheeses (excluding Tunworth & Winslade) are handmade in our Farmhouse Dairy in rural Lancashire. The surrounding fields are grazed by the cows who provide our milk, many of whom are looked after by extended family. Our goat's milk comes from just down the road. We believe Lancashire and our surrounding area in particular make such a big difference to the quality of our cheese, alongside, of course the skill and experience of our wonderful team of cheesemakers.

There are two options for delivery via courier, RDS and APC.

Please note whilst RDS is a chilled courier, APC is not. For orders sent via APC we will ensure ice packs are within your parcel(s) to keep your order cool.

Both RDS and APC are sent on next day deliveries however due to conditions out of our control, we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

If we are arranging delivery of your order, please ensure your address and contact details on your order are completely correct, so that the couriers cannot blame the address should they not be able to find you.
